The formation of a data bank is carried out in order to create a unified system of information about educational documents issued by educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus, and to create conditions for its use in cases where the employer (head of an educational institution) has doubts about the authenticity of educational documents issued by educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
