Electronic applications of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter - citizens), legal entities, as well as their representatives, are sent by applicants and considered by the institution "Main Information and Analytical Center Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus "within the competence in accordance with the requirements ÇLaw of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"(hereinafter - the Law "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities").
Documents on the results of the previous consideration of the appeals and other documents and (or) information necessary to resolve the issues set forth in the appeals are also attached to the appeal.
Electronic communications received at the institution “Main Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus” are considered no later than fifteen days, and requiring additional study and verification no later than one month.
If the solution of the issues set forth in the appeals requires the performance of certain actions (performance of work, provision of services), receipt of information from a foreign state within a period exceeding a month, the applicants no later than one month from the day following the day of receipt of appeals, A written notice is sent on the reasons for exceeding the monthly period and the timing of such actions (work, services) or the timing of the consideration of appeals on the merits.
Responses to electronic communications are sent to the email address of the applicant indicated in the electronic communication. Written responses to electronic communications are sent in cases established by the Law "On appeals of citizens and legal entities" (part two of paragraph 5 of Article 25).
The applicant shall have the right to withdraw his appeal before considering it on the merits by submitting the corresponding written application or sending the application in electronic form in the same way that the electronic appeal was sent.
Anonymous appeals, that is, appeals by applicants that do not indicate the family name, first name, patronymic (if any) or the initials of the citizen or the address of his place of residence (place of stay) or the name of the legal entity (full or abbreviated) or his location, or these data do not correspond to reality, are not subject to consideration if they do not contain information about a crime being prepared, committed or committed.
